I’ve lived both sides of this story—as the misunderstood teen and now as a parent raising kids who challenge and inspire me every day. I’ve walked this path, and I know how complex and beautiful it can be.

There was a moment I’ll never forget. It wasn’t dramatic. No yelling. No slamming doors. No grand meltdown.
My daughter had just pushed back on something I said... nothing big, just a comment that landed wrong. And the moment I responded, I felt it.
That ick. That awful, sinking feeling in my gut.
Because the words that had come out of my mouth weren’t mine. They were my parents’ words. Words I swore I’d never repeat.
And in that moment, I realized: I was on autopilot.
Even though I had done so much work on myself… Even though I was trying to parent differently… I was still stuck in patterns I hadn’t even fully seen yet.
That was my moment of reckoning. The moment everything changed.

But it wasn’t just about my family. There was something bigger stirring inside me…
Back in 2014, I started getting this deep knowing that I wouldn’t be doing the work I was doing forever. At the time, I owned an online bead and jewelry supply shop. It brought in great money, and I learned so much, but I just knew there was more for me. More depth. More purpose. I didn’t know what the future held… only that it would be different.
I knew I’d be helping people in a more meaningful way because I’ve always loved being of service. And I could feel it: I was being called to something bigger.
I had dreams—literal dreams—of myself on stages, speaking to rooms full of people. Of starting a YouTube channel. Of creating something that felt alive. And I remember thinking at the time… Haha. Yeah right. I was terrified of being seen. Terrified of public speaking. Terrified of cameras. But the vision didn’t go away. It only got louder.

In 2021, I thought I’d be doing healing and coaching sessions, and I did, for a while. But it didn’t feel complete. It felt slow. Like something was still missing.
I just knew, deep within me, that I was meant to go deeper. I didn’t know how. All I had to go on was this feeling I couldn’t shake. So I kept following the nudges. The next right step forward.
Then, in 2022, some of the clarity I was searching for came.
My mission was to work with parents of teens and tweens. Suddenly, it all began to make sense. I felt it...deeply. I cried when the idea came to me, because I knew in my bones...this was it.

I started building this slowly. The pieces revealed themselves each time I took a step—any step—forward. So I just kept going, following the vision piece by piece, step by step.
At first, I had a different business name in mind...something that felt like a stepping stone. It helped me begin to shape the vision, but deep down, I knew it wasn’t quite right.
One day, I created a parenting quiz to help parents assess their progress on their parenting journey. Because I always knew this would be a transformational journey. The final result on that quiz? Becoming The Revolutionary Parent™.
At first, I thought that was the destination...the goal for the parents I would serve. But then I realized: That name wasn’t for them. It was for me. I was The Revolutionary Parent™. I had been becoming her all along.

That’s when it all clicked. I named the movement: The Parenting Revolution™. And I claimed the identity: The Revolutionary Parent™ because that’s who I am.
This isn’t a title I give to others. It’s the identity I lead from. The one I had been growing into all along.
And now, I help guide parents on their own revolutionary journey—
From seekers…
To cycle breakers…
To conscious leaders…
Until one day, they too step fully into the identity of a Revolutionary Parent™.
Since then, everything has aligned in a way I couldn’t have planned. And I know there’s even more unfolding...things that I can’t fully see yet.
It’s exciting.
And terrifying.
And absolutely worth it.

I’ve been the misunderstood teen. I’ve been the overwhelmed parent. I’ve seen both sides of this story and lived every messy, beautiful chapter in between.
Parenting my own strong-willed kids cracked me open in ways I never expected. They challenged everything I thought I knew. They made me question all the patterns I had inherited. They held up a mirror to parts of me I didn’t want to face but desperately needed to heal.
And in the process… They didn’t just make me a better parent. They helped me become a truer version of myself.
That’s why this work is so personal. It’s not theory. It’s not a brand I chose. It’s a life I’ve lived.
This isn’t about perfect parenting. It’s about love. It’s about breaking cycles. It’s about creating something different for our kids and for ourselves.
When I look at them, I see the revolution already happening. And I know—I’m right where I’m meant to be.

I’m on a mission to lead a movement—The Parenting Revolution™— to help parents of strong-willed teens and tweens break free from outdated parenting paradigms that rely on control, coercion, and fear. This movement is about stepping into a new era of grounded, conscious leadership rooted in connection, trust, and respect.
Through education, mentorship, and transformational support, I empower parents to break generational cycles, reconnect with themselves and their children, and become the leaders their families need, especially during the most misunderstood and emotionally intense years of development.
